A transaction exists only after the specific work, price, specifications, certification arrangements, shipping, returns, and payment terms are confirmed and accepted in writing.

Natural jade varies in color, grain, translucency, inclusions, dimensions, and response to light. Photographs and general descriptions help present a work but do not replace the final same-item record. Exact measurements, weight, condition, material findings, availability, and certificate information are confirmed for the selected work. A sample certificate illustrates documentation format only.
