Returns Policy

Effective date: July 24, 2026.

AURELIA MIST LLC currently offers products through private inquiry rather than live online checkout. Submitting an inquiry does not create an order or payment. The return terms for any future acquisition are provided in writing and accepted before payment.

Product-specific confirmation

Return eligibility, the request period, condition requirements, shipping responsibility, non-returnable exceptions, and the refund method are stated in the written acquisition confirmation for the selected work. These terms may differ for sized, altered, commissioned, engraved, hygiene-sensitive, or final-sale works, but any exception will be disclosed before payment.

Starting a return request

Use the Contact page and identify the work, delivery date, and reason for the request. Do not ship a work back before receiving return instructions. Returned works must include the original certificate, presentation materials, and all items supplied with the acquisition unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Condition and inspection

Any approved return is inspected against the documented condition of the work at dispatch. A refund or other remedy is handled according to the written acquisition terms and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
