Shipping Policy

AURELIA MIST LLC offers jewelry and collected objects through private inquiry. The website does not currently provide live checkout. Shipping terms for an acquisition are confirmed in writing before payment.

Before dispatch

We confirm the selected work, destination, recipient details, exact measurements, packaging, expected timing, insurance, signature requirements, and any product-specific handling needs. The selected work is submitted for individual gemological testing before dispatch, and the original certificate issued for that work is packed with it.

Delivery and tracking

Available carriers and delivery services depend on the destination, value, size, and nature of the work. Tracking and delivery information are provided when the shipment is accepted by the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by customs, carrier operations, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

International delivery

The recipient is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for any import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, permits, or local restrictions disclosed for the destination, unless the written acquisition confirmation states otherwise.

Loss or damage

Keep all packaging and contact us promptly through the Contact page if a shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, or does not match the confirmed work. We will review the carrier record, documentation, packaging, and available remedy for the specific shipment.
